For more than 100 years, Dairy Council of California has been serving the dairy community with an aim to elevate health. But the world is not the same as it was when we started — and we, as an organization and dairy community, must continue to change and grow with it.

For us, this means always keeping our eye on what’s next by identifying trends, collaborating with new partners to increase our reach and effectiveness, evolving our programming to be even more relevant using technology, and continuously exploring new ways to advance milk and dairy foods as part of daily, healthy eating patterns. Keeping all of these factors top of mind, we developed a new logo, which is about more than a visual look and feel; it’s about evolution and a feeling of connection.

Our new design captures Dairy Council of California’s bold, strong, progressive, and warm personality, embodying our values of reliability, integrity, collaboration, open-mindedness, fun, and tradition.

To those familiar with our previous logo, this new mark may evoke a sense of continuity, resembling the open pages of the classic book symbol. Others might see a bright, hopeful sunrise, signifying a new era for California’s dairy foods and their role in sustainable nutrition. Whatever it inspires, our hope for the new logo was to reflect our enduring passion for elevating the health of children and communities.

While our appearance is changing, our commitment remains steadfast: Dairy Council of California is unwavering in its dedication to improving the health and wellness of children and communities, working with others to champion the role of dairy foods in healthy eating patterns and nutrition security across the life span.
