Manuel will be responsible for further developing the skills of the ProTECH A.I. technicians. He will provide leadership, training, and skill review to assist all technicians reach elevated benchmarks. Additionally, he will conduct on-farm training for in-house technicians for herds in the area.
His time with SSMC began as a Professional A.I. Technician in 2012, in the Clovis, N.M., area. Manuel initially was employed at Cross Country Dairy where he first learned to inseminate cows.
