I needed a way to move combine headers to work on them or put them away for storage without always starting the combine. I made this simple jig from scrap trailer tubing that can carry any combine header with a forklift.
It measures 3-1/2 feet wide and 3-1/2 feet high. At the top, the tubing that slips on the fork is also 3-1/2 feet long. I welded a 2-inch shaft on the front end of the jig that keeps the header from slipping off.
