When we needed an additional paper towel dispenser in our milking parlor, instead of spending money on a new one, we used an old daily newspaper box. We cut a slot in the bottom that was 1/4-inch by 10 inches for the towels to feed out. For the door, we used a piece of plastic from a barrel and a small hinge.
