Crazy Cake
No eggs needed!
Ingredients:- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/3 cup baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, sift together all dry ingredients. Add in the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour batter into an unsprayed 9- by 13-inch baking pan. Bake for 32 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Enjoy unfrosted or with your favorite frosting. Serves 12.
