I made this simple and inexpensive glove box holder out of calf panels that were so bent we couldn't use them any more. I cut the pieces to my desired length and bent them at an angle (they bend easily with a vice and hammer).
I welded everything together, spray painted it then screwed it to the wall. It works great and keeps a lot of clutter off of the shelves.
