The state of New York stole the show on Sunday.

The International Junior Holstein Show kicked off World Dairy Expo’s dairy cattle shows on Sunday, with Mandi Bue of Freedom, Wis., serving as the judge with associate John Erbsen of Lanark, Ill. The judges selected winners out of the particularly large group of entries, setting the tone for the long week ahead on the pink colored shavings.

Chloe and Claire Lamb of Oakfield, N.Y., walked away with big winnings this year as their cow Oakfield Tatoo Tender-ET was named the winning Five-Year-Old before securing the Senior and Grand Champion titles. Reserve Grand Champion was awarded to Liddleholme Mucho-ET, the winning Four-Year-Old exhibited by Derek George of Arcade, N.Y.

Securing champion Bred and Owned Cow of show was Toppglen Awesome Whodey-ET, a senior 2-year-old exhibited by Audrey Sidle and Logan Topp, both from North Lewisburg, OH.

Peace&Plenty Tat Jubie41-ET, the winning senior 2-year-old had good day, winning bragging rights as Intermediate Champion. She is shown by Hadley Faye Ross of Gila Bend, Ariz. Kings-Ransom Doc Drizzlin exhibited by Lauren King of Schuylerville, N.Y., the winning Junior Three-Year-Old, followed by capturing the title of Reserve Intermediate Champion.

Junior Champion was awarded to Ocean-View Sassin Me Back, the first Summer Yearling, shown by Lily Alayna Jenson and Sage Dornan of Deerfield, Wis., while Shadow-W Sk Adored-ET, a Winter Calf, exhibited by Madison and Macray Price of Chebanse, Ill., snatched the Reserve Junior Champion title. Junior Champion Bred and Owned was awarded to Ms Masal Master Sangria, a Fall Calf owned by Kale, Klay, Ryan, and Logan Beer of Berne, Ind.
