Northside Elevator has hired Eric Schneider in the role of Agronomy Business Development Lead. Eric’s chief focus will be to grow the Northside agronomy business by expanding the overall customer base and inspiring current customers to utilize more Northside products and services. Eric is driven by helping growers determine the optimal products and services mix for their operation based on their objectives. With Eric’s drive and dedication to customer success, every Northside agronomy customer will be able to maximize their return on investment.
Combine his background of growing up on a dairy, with 27 years of industry experience, and Eric is uniquely equipped to help operations navigate the myriad challenges and opportunities in the agronomy sphere. Recent employment with Syngenta provided the platform for a deep understanding of the seed business - testing the germplasm pools in plots against one another. Direct crop protection exposure provides knowledge of all products in the marketplace and Eric has the keen ability to determine strengths and weaknesses.

Eric is a UW River Falls graduate with an Agri-Business degree and an Agronomy minor. He resides in central Wisconsin and closely follows the success of his two children as they navigation their collegiate experiences.
