Mi-San Acre O Lust-ET was named Intermediate and Grand Champion of the International Milking Shorthorn Show. Lust was the winning Senior-3-Year-Old and is exhibited by David Riley of Williamsfield, Ohio. Last year, Lust was the Grand Champion of the Junior Show.

Reserve Grand Champion honors went to Halpins Reyfene, the winning Five-Year-Old cow, bred and exhibited by Halpin Farms. Reyfene anchored the winning Best Three Females for Halpin Farms. This Illinois herd was also named Premier Exhibitor for the second year in a row.

The Nasco Type and Production Award was won by Tex-Star Othello Peri, owned by Springville Farm of Emory, Texas. Peri was Grand Champion of the show in 2010.

Reserve Senior Champion was won by a perennial winner, Lands-Brook Christina-EXP-ET, owned by Jordan Lansgard of Iowa. Christina was the winning aged cow. Christina has been Reserve Grand Champion at Madison four different times.

Innisfail of Orland, Calif., was named Premier Breeder of the show.

In the Junior Show:

Grand Champion of the Junior Show went to Sageser Clay Penny, owned by Morgan Sageser of Kentucky. This Senior Three-Year-old was also Reserve Intermediate Champion of the open show and the futurity winner. Following Penny, the junior Two-year-old, Redien Acres Jr took home reserve honors for her owned Jacob Baker of Ohio.

Junior Champions of the Junior Show went to Buckeye Knoll Plmamzing-EXP-ET and Kellogg Bay Liriano Nettie, exhibited by Sarah Rhodes of Ohio and Ashlynn Foster of Vermont, respectively.

The Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning show was judged by Steve White from Indiana and Associate Judge Ken Empey from Ontario, Canada. They placed 196 cattle at the International Milking Shorthorn Show. It was the first time in World Dairy Expo history that two Klussendorf winners judged the same breed in the same year.
