Like other livestock industries, the dairy industry is under growing pressure to improve transparency surrounding antibiotic use. The input we receive from dairy farmers via this survey will serve as a valuable resource for university researchers who are collaborating with FARM in discussions on national policies related to antibiotic use on dairy farms.

Ultimately, the purpose of this short survey . . . which includes 12 questions that take about nine minutes to answer . . . is to better understand dairy producer perceptions of antibiotic stewardship and their willingness to contribute to a dairy antibiotic use database.

Most importantly, the survey is anonymous and provides you with an opportunity to influence dairy antibiotic use monitoring in the U.S.
