pHix-up app, a new tool for rumen acidity management!

5 years after launching pHix-up, TIMAB Magnesium continues innovating and supplies its clients with an app; helping to calculate the required dosage of pHix-up in relation to the current buffer solutions and to the acidogenic risk of the ration.

Subclinical acidosis is a complex challenge for farmers, concerning at least 20% of dairy cows nowadays. But also finishing cattle facing many diet changes with high levels of concentrates. Being able to better adapt pHixup dosage to the acidogenic risk of the ration is an added value for rumen management and to specific challenging periods like heat stress, silo changes and early grazing.
