Why do I have the distinct impression that the author of "Why is it so hard to reform dairy policy?" really doesn't have the well-being of milk producers at heart? When producers have the same clout that processors do, then we can talk. Until then, forget it. The author's woeful lament has a strong resemblance to crocodile tears.
