Are you ready for the Cheestivist?

He’s passionate, he’s bold, and maybe he’s even a little quirky. But you got to love him because he loves cheese, and he has plenty of “hot takes” about the subject designed to resonate with Gen Z consumers.

The Cheesetivist is the latest social media video series created by the dairy checkoff to remind consumers how much they love cheese and that it’s good for the mind, body, and soul.

The checkoff created a series of seven short-take videos featuring the Cheestivist that is running on our Instagram and TikTok channels. The videos are created in a way where the Cheesetivist fires off an opinion on cheese that invites a reaction and response from viewers.

The goal is to drive positive engagements on social media and have our audience share their own hot takes about cheese in the comments.

Check out these Cheesetivist videos that have been released so far:

No Regrets (Instagram, TikTok) – can you argue with the Cheestivisit logic when he says, “No one ever looks back on their life and says ‘I should have ate less cheese.’ It just doesn’t happen.” I would agree!

String Cheese (Instagram, TikTok) – the Cheesetivist takes on people who think the best way to eat string cheese is to pull it apart. He obviously thinks way differently! What’s your take on this?

Hot Take on Lasagna (Instagram, TikTok)– He offers a unique spin on lasagna by suggesting this classic dish should be made with . . . smoked blue cheese. Sure, it’s different but is he wrong?

Be sure to check out other Cheesetivist videos that will launch later in November and into December on our channels and share them with your followers.

You’ll likely see how everyone has an opinion on cheese, just like the Cheesetivist does!
